As a young girl growing up on a warm Greek island, and studying medicine, one of my favourite pastimes was helping mum and dad run their small Airbnb business. I was never happier than when I was turning their properties into friendly, cool and inviting places for our guests to live in for a couple of weeks. A home away from home.

Years later I found myself living in London as a surgeon, happy that I could be making a difference to peoples lives. Living so far away from my beloved family and surrounded by exciting but totally different cultures, it was important that wherever I lived it reminded me of the comfort, safety and aesthetic of my childhood.

Having lived a somewhat nomadic existence I understand the significance of owning a place that is a home away from home.

Keyturn Homes is therefore not just about the building and location (although these are important), it is about the small but important details, colour, warmth and comfort. A place where you can close the door, relax and truly feel at home.
